What is home staging?Home staging is the process of preparing a home for sale by making it more appealing to potential buyers. This involves rearranging furniture, adding decor, and sometimes making minor repairs to showcase the home’s best features and make it look more inviting.
-
How much does it cost? The cost of home staging varies depending on the size of the home, the extent of the staging required, and the location. On average, vacant home staging can range from $2400-$4500.
-
What happens in home staging? Our Team comes to your unoccupied home and we use our extensive inventory of furniture, decor, and art to style your space. We pride ourselves on creating a space any buyer can imagine themselves living in, and aiding in closing escrow quickly so you can start the next chapter of your life.
-
How long does staging take?We do most of the work up front before we arrive to the home, once our team is on site it only takes a few hours.
-
What is the process of staging? We always start with an initial call with either the listing agent or homeowner to hear what you need, and make sure we can accommodate your home in our schedule. Once we decide we are a good fit, someone from our team will come and do a walk through of the home. Our team takes this information and decides all the furniture, art, and decor we are bringing into each space. Once your staging day arrives we load up a truck and bring everything to the space, and our wonderful moving team and decorators get to work. Once your home is staged, its ready for photos and to go on the market. All staging pieces stay in the home until contingencies are lifted and the home is closing.
-
What is the difference between home staging and decorating?Home staging focuses on making a home attractive to potential buyers, often using neutral colors and appealing to a broad audience. Decorating, on the other hand, is personalized and reflects the homeowner’s taste and style. Staging aims to sell the home quickly and for the best price, while decorating aims to make the home comfortable and stylish for the current occupants.
-
Do I need to put my stuff in storage to stage my home?Ideally a home is completely vacant before we stage, but there are always exceptions to the rule, if you need to leave certain pieces behind we may be able to work around those. In order to have the best outcome we suggest the home be unoccupied and empty. Occupied staging consultations are available however we will not stage occupied homes at this time.
